They say the green ammo with the tungston nylon core is more accurate but what about terminal prforomence?

There is no fragmentation requirement, as this ammo is supposed to be for training only.
BTW, where can I get one of those nifty stripper clip loaders, or one of those even niftier bandoleer loaders? That would *seriously* cut down on my ammo-can-repacking time! [;D] -Troy |

After listening to Col. Lillie, it sounds like this IS going to be issued for combat. If it is to be issued for combat, doesn't that mean there is some type of fragmentation requirement?
