Tried the 69 gr yesterday and it was very accurate in my RRA 16" M4ery w/ compact ACOG 2x amber triangle (15 shots into 2" at 100 Meter not yards).  Will the 77 gr fit in the mag?

Yes.  Unless you have a 1/7 twist though, it may not stabilize in a 16" barrel.

My RRA is a 1:9.

The 77 gr FGM might or not function in your 9" twist barrel.  You are on the breaking edge where some people say they work and others the opposite.  Just buy 20 or 40 rounds to find out. You might consider using Black Hills 68, 69, or77 gr ammo. That way you end up with better cases to reload instead of the Federal soft cases.Good luck.
