I just got some of this yesterday and noticed the green paint is pretty thick and not consistant.  M855 is very thin and barely coats the bullet.  Will the thick and inconsistant paint effect accuracy all that much?  I'm not shooting matches with it, but I would like to hit a pop-up target at 300m with it.

I was able to get 2" at 100yds.  That's not great but then that wasn't a good day for me.
