FYI - I chrono'ed Winchester Q3131A (55 grn) out of my BM 16" upper yesterday.

My average FPS was approx 3120.  For all of you three gunners, that equates to a 171.6 power factor - easily making the required 160 out of a 16 incher.

just for clarification, do you have the full 16" bbl (BM patrolman's carbine) or a 14.5" bbl + 1.5" brake (BM M4gery)?

Guys,

I chrono'ed fifteen rounds. Low FPS was about 3080, high was about 3150.  Approx average was about 3120.  This is an "eyeballed" average.  In any event, I'd have no problem making a 160 power factor for IPSC 3 gun matches.  

I have a true 16" BM upper (not a 14.5" with a 1.5" brake).
