As far as I know it meets M193 specs. As for the other you request I can't help you, but you can buy new production Federal XM193 or Winchester Q3131A for a better price than that. Most of this Korean surplus is 1980's stuff, so at $4 per box, that isn't a very good price IMHO. I'd just get some Q3131A if you want full mil-spec ammo.

I got alot of Fresh M193/M855 on hand for Saveing
I just moved from IN were Q3131A cost 2.88 a box To Punta Gorda were at two gun shops Wolf Cost over 4.00 as along with S&B etc??? I looks like Im going to Dip in my stash and take out 250rds each of Q3131A/federal City xm193 for a day of shooting! And call the ammo man |

The older (98 and earlier) PMC is nice and hot, and is M193-spec. Lots of muzzle flash, though. I used to see it at gunshows as you describe; two stripper clips inside a cardboard insert designed to go in the older 7-pocket bandoleers. I have a couple cans of that around.

Why would they stop selling it?
Seems like there would be a market for M193 or even M855/SS109 on strippers/inserts cardboard and hey throw in the bandi! I would love to see it happen! |
