Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - What brand of ammo is this?

It is packed 30 rounds to what looks like a chinese take out box, marked 5.56 Ball M1A3 on the top,and 352A86 on the side?It is brass cased. Is this the south african ammo? I picked up 300 rounds for $25 today from a coworker. Is it any good?         Thx.

That is South African ammo. In my rifle, it is more accurate than XM193/Q3131A.

Hopefully, it's packed 300 rounds in a vinyl battle pack and inside of that packed in ten boxes of 30 rounds each.  In my book, it's the best you can get for the money (used to sell for about $40 when available).  I only wish I could find some more.
