Seriously, other than ammo that's stolen off a base, you aren't going to get any current low-production military specialty ammo.  Klinton ended the surplussing of weapons and ammo, and there aren't any commercial sources for dim tracer.

We (USAF) have some too.
I was hoping someone was selling the bullets (component) legally like the good old M856 (bullets) I buy from some dealers.
I guess it is a waiting game.

Oh well, reloading won't pay off here I guess.
