Years ago I use to purchase this in 50rd boxes for my AR. It was 55 gr soft points. It performed pretty good in my SP1. Is this still for sale somewhere?

Are you speaking of the brown box ammo labeled as Coyotee Duster? If so, it is still being sold. I think Cheaper Than Dirt has it for about $10 per 50 rd box or less. Or at least they had it a few months ago. Might check there.

I will check it out. The ones I bought were  called "Police Loads"( I am sure they weren't used by police, just a gimmick name) and they were in a orange & white box.

The loads I am talking about are 55 gr SP's that run about 3000 fps. Not sure if they are the same thing or not. Maybe someone else knows.
