All of the smart guys bought it up. If you find surplus ammo that you like, you should buy enough to last the rest of your life. Looks like the South African 5.56 is starting to dry up also. Get it while its HOT! |

I do have a couple of battlepacks as well as a little over a case of Portugese NATO surp. Just want to get more--like everyone else, apparently.
At least I've laid in a nice stock of Q3131A and M193  .Damn, I thought it would end with more guns. Now I still want more guns and LOTS more ammo to feed to them.

I’m down to my last five cases of .308 Hirtenberger. We can never have enough with three AR10’s and one .308 bolt gun in the family.
I was going to buy a three 2,700rd cases of .223 SA but Sportsmen’s Guide sold out so fast I never got the chance. Next time I will pre-order. THISISME |

Century Arms (www.centuryarms.com) may list what you're looking for under their .308 specials. It's tarnished and is listed as .308 Austrian. IIRC it's $129/1000, and this might be including shipping. HTH

I still have two cases of the Hirt AIM was selling a couple of years ago. The real deal, not the phony stuff that has been floating around lately.
Plus 9 battlepacks of the South American, 3 cases of Port, and 4 cases of Radway. And lets not forget the Cavim. :) I hate to pass up a good deal on .308. |
