Is XM193 preferred to Q3131A?

I know this has probably been covered but, would you rather have the XM193 over the Q3131A?

I have to work on a budget, but if I can get either at about the same price, which would be the better way to go?

Almost too close to call.

I have a slight preference for new (1999-2001) LC.

Depends on the batch of LC. Some don't have sealant around the bullet.

Q3131A is cheaper and great ammo. Go with Q3131A. Or on second thought, don't... More for ME!

Q3131A has a tiny bit less flash. It is prettier too if you care what your ammo looks like.
