It's the Malaysian stuff.  It's good ammo...when it's not tarnished.

I would run, not walk from the tarnished crap.  Do a search for Malaysian ammo here and you'll see what I mean.  When they say "tarnished", they usually mean "heavily corroded, may not even fit in chamber"...
