The current last action status on the bill:

Status: Referred to the Subcommittee on Crime, Terrorism, and Homeland Security. Title: To amend title 18, United States Code, to require firearms, ammunition, and explosives purchases to be made in person and to require records to be kept of the means by which the purchases are made.

It's been in Judiciary and the Subcommittee on Crime, Terrorism, and Homeland Security for a long time so it probably died in there.

You never can tell though.

Punish this guy at the polls is what I'll do this November, but unfortunately the liberals and moderates in this state will make this rights grabber the next Governor of Illinois.
