Tried some Black Hills 60Gn SP and Winchester 64Gn Power Points in a 1:12 rifle today.

At 25 yards (indoor ranges suck) there was no evidence of keyholing and the powerpoints were a nice tight cloverleaf.

I've seen bullets hit 75 yds nice and stable with good groups, but at 100yds they aren't even on paper anymore...

It REALLY depends.  Too many variables.

25-100 yards is probably as good an answer as I can give you based on my experience.  I've seen them keyhole at 25 and I've seen them keyhole at 100.  (If you hit paper at 100 and see a keyhole you can pretty much assume it JUST started keyholing, or you'd not be close to the paper).
