Are these good quality uppers? Are There others, in the same price range ($5-750) that I should consider. Looking and really don't know that much about the 9 mm. Any help would greatly appreciated!
I've got the stripped lower, the Hahn Dedicated mag well block, a lower parts kit. Have a spare carbine buffer tubee and spring, may need a spacer and heavier buffer.

Any of those manufacturers are very good IMHO, I'd be hard pressed to say which is best.
CMMG has a long history of 9mm gear, and I've never gotten anything bad from YHM, especially their 7.62x39 stuff.
I went with a RRA, mostly for small reasons (RRA was available in a midlength and didn't have the M4 notch, had a FSB and was going on a RRA lower).
Looks like CMMG & YHM already have ramped bolts, I'm assuming you've factored in the cost of having the RRA bolt ramped, unless RRA started doing that themselves.
I got my RRA 9mm upper from Adco and had them ramp the bolt for me.
