Upper has less than 2000rds down the pipe, is chrome lined and in excellent condition.

If its an actual DOE and not a repro, I'd conservatively value the package around $1600 based on what I've seen the things go for.

What do you mean threaded?  You mean the barrel was threaded?  Don't believe that they came this way from the factory, so most collector value has been destroyed, or it's a repro.  The handguards alone are worth a couple of hundred if they're in good shape.
