nice rifle, I want a pistol caliber ar, and I want the .45, but it's looking like 9mm is what I'm going to end up with

Grease gun mags require a small cut for the mag catch to be used with the BAZ45:

Thanks. I don't have anything in 9mm, and figured might as well hold out for a .45 since I've got a closet full of it.
And it allows me to shoot an AR at more ranges. |

I recall TANGOCHASER predicting he'd have a .45acp AR15 and this is the first I have seen

The AR45 is on the market in limited numbers. The BAZ45 was on the market long before the AR45. I've heard nothing but good reviews of the BAZ45.
I even considered the same type design when I was thinking up the AR45. Adding a new magwell to the back half of an AR lower. I didn't have the know how or skill to pull it off but Bruce of Bazooka Bros made it work and work well. |

I'm just happy to see so much innovation here!
For you guys it means collapsing stocks on 45 AR's. To those of us behind enemy lines with AWB's and rifle-ammo-hating indoor ranges, these mean more platforms for our pre-ban GG mags and handgun ammo!!!!! Probably taking mine out for the first time tonight..... |
