No experience with the V22 upper, but I have one of the CavArms lowers. I compared it to a Bushmaster lower last night and it was about the same for front-to-back wiggle with the mags I tried, but it did have noticably more side-to-side wiggle. That hasn't been a problem for the .223 upper or my Ciener kit, so I don't see why it would be a problem for the V22. Maybe if you were using the mag as a monopod it would, but I think the CZ mags are too short for that anyway.
Overall the CavArms lower is OK. It was a really tight fit on all 3 of my uppers, which I guess is normal for them. Ergonomically it's a little different than a regular lower. Longer reach to the trigger, which is nice, but also longer reach to the safety and mag release, which could be a problem for people with short fingers. I can just barely run them without adjusting my grip. The light weight is nice, but could throw off the balance with a heavy barrel. (Mine is a mid-length "govt" profile--thin under the handguards--and balances pretty well.)
