A screw set up. You tighten a screw that some how puts pressure on the block in theory holding it in place. After 5 months of trying to keep mine in place it is back to the factory for the second time to see if they can get it to stay in place.

Blue Loctite will help keep it in place if you have problems with the set screw coming out. I have had mine for over 2 years and it has not moved at all and I have not even used Loctite yet. I use a heavy Beta mag too.

You really should have shipped the block to me...
I need one RRA is really strange to order from - they say- "Yeah we have them in stock" and then when it doesn't ship for two weeks you call back and they say - - Oh it will ship whenever our rifles aren't selling and we have one. I'm waiting on my magblock RRA. Everything else is here. |

Does RRA have a new model?
The mag block I have from them is the type that slides in from the top..... no dropping out the bottom ( no screws ) |

I have the bottem loader type RRA block. It works perfect with 147gr hollow points I shoot most of the time.

Thanks I placed an order through ADCO. I have no idea why I ever thought of ordering an RRA item through RRA  I'll have to cancel that monday. I'll save money too I think the price and shipping are both cheaper. |

Do the new RRA magwell block have bolt hold open? I got so damned confused with the tack threads i am still trying to figure it all out. to many damn blocks.
