Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - RRA mag block

I have an ASA block currently. I am in the final days of putting my 9mm AR pistol together and want to try something different. I know a while back some people complained about the reliability of the RRA mag block. Is this still an issue or has RRA fixed it? I like the price of the RRA. The ASA made for a tight fit with the promag magazines so I want something other than ASA ths time.

I have everything coming in next week for a total RR 9mm build. I called RR and asked them about there  latest mag conversion block. They tell me that the current one is the same as the original they came out with years ago. Copy of the Colt. Hope this helps.

I have a new RRA block and it has been 100% reliable with Colt and RRA converted UZI mags.  HTH
