Yep, you can run anything. No problem. I have been shooting all kinds of ammo through my OLY including +P.

Yes... you can run +P and even full power +P+ NATO ammo in your Oly. The 16" barrel will give you more ejection port gas blow by due to longer bullet travel time and higher pressures vs. the shorter 11.5 barrel assemblies when using +P+ ammo. The standard stuff is about the same either way for ejction port gases.

I run Federal +P+ through my OLY Glock 9mm. I have used other Federal Ammo with no problems at all. I have put about a 1000 rounds through it without one malfunction. Its a good rifle.

I like my oly 9mm upper a lot. I use sten mags and a mag block. I have had no issues but I have only run 1k rounds through it so far. If I had it to do over again, I would look into the oly 9 that takes glock mags (not available when I bought mine) because I have a glock 19 and now that you can get 33rnd glock mags for $25 it is a good way to go. With the oly glock you get a drop free mag plus last round bolt hold open. |
