It's a Gemtech Raptor, a dedicated subgun can.  According to Gemtech, it has a lifespan in excess of 150,000 rounds.  Subgun cans are generally longer lived than pistol cans.

nother video - this one really shows the controllability of the gun.  If you listen, you can hear FOUR hits on the first pepper popper on its way down.
