have an Oly 9mm A2 to half and want to add a Red-dot type scope.  I've heard and read many discussions avout the merits of the Hakko TacPoint vs AimPoint.  First off, I'm not rch?  I really would prefer the flattop model, but ths is what I have so I'll live with it.  I was thinking  about the Gooseneck??? or whateverever it's called that attaches to the carry handle and sits over the front handguard and put the optic's there, so I can co-witness the sights.  Any thoughts?  I'm open to suggestions.  I wonder if Kurt at KKF can switch out the upper receiver fr a Flattop model?

That's exactly the set-up I'm using.  It works like a champ.
