I've got a "Colt 9mm Carbine" lower that doesn't have their 2 piece magwell adapter pinned-in.  Does anyone know if Colt would do this work to my lower?  Currently, I have the RRA mag block and it's the only non-Colt part on my 9mm build.  My only concern is that its a LEO version and I'm hearing that Colt is now trying to keep these out of civllian hands.  Other than Colt, who else might do this work for me?

So you are looking for a factory pin in that was removed?  I know of place that had some a while back, take outs said the seller, but I'm not sure if he still has any.

Why don't you just get a factory single adapter.  I know I've seen Colt ones in Shotgun News......
