Thought I'd post a couple of pics of my .22AR
It's got a Accuracy Speaks Douglas barrel cut to 12" and a SAK suppressor fitted. Stock's a Magpul. The mags are Ceiner 30 rounders fitted inside old SA80A1 mags. I cut these to suit and then cut a hole in the bottom of them so that the Ceiner floorplate protrudes from the bottom. The Ceiner mags are held inside the SA80 mags with expanding foam. They're very solid. What do you think?? Mark

Why not cut the mags off 1/2" longer so the floorplate would fit flush?

Because I wanted to keep the access to hhe .22 floorplates and also with the curve of the 5.56 mag it just didn't look right. Besides doing that would've left the mag catch hole in the 5.56 mag visible Mark |
