Anyone have pics to post? I have a extra lower that my son has been bugging me about building into a dedicated .22 rifle. I thought this would be a great plinker set up with a TacPoint mounted to the rail.

Check the Bushmaster forum over in the Industry board.  There's like a 5-page thread on there with pictures.  

You should also look at the DPMS and CZ uppers.  The DPMS has a good rep here and the guys with CZs seem to like theirs too.  The BM is a lightweight upper based on the Carbon-15 line whereas the DPMS and CZ are more like regular AR uppers.
