Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - Upper on the way, what else do I need?

Now that my check is in the mail and the upper will be no the way, what else do I need to join the larger caliber club?  It is an Oly pattern upper so the hammer on my .223 lower should be fine.  Do I need a different buffer or spring?  I have both the full length (A2) buffer and a carbine buffer from my CAR available.
