  Had my local shop order me an Oly 9mm preban upper with carbine length FIRSH and flattop.  $690 OTD with tax, shipping etc.  Will post some pics when I get it in a couple of weeks.  How did I do?

I'm not a fan of Oly, but best of luck to you.  I don't recall ever reading bad stuff about their pistol cal uppers here.

I own one of the 9s from Oly.  It shoots supurb.  In fact i get 1.25 inch gruups with 115 grain jhp from zero over 8.7 grains of Blue Dot.  By the way thats at 100 yds.  Never have had a malfunction.  If you get some 7/8 inch square tubing you can modify reg. stens for a little of nothing.  You made a great investment, you'll not regret it.
