Nope, Pics are free,.....But there are so many other reason to pony up.....
Take this string (img)HTTP://users.adelphia.net/~masine/115.jpg(/img)
Change the ( )'s to [ ]'s and you get this:

Oh yeah I forgot, you must have a place to host your pics, Check with your ISP, Mine gives me 10megs of space for hosting, There are other free hosting sites out there too, Or you can become a Team Memberand recieve hosting space

As brother Underdog said, just need them on the web somewhere.  Most of mine are at  Imagestation.com.

Use   "Insert Tags:"  "IMAGE" button below the  *Message box, and paste the address to the pic..... Make sure you have the full address, as when you look at the "properties" sometimes, part of the address is hiddden, waiting to be copied.

snapfish is another good one, I've yet to have a single problem, it seems like some hosting services go down on almost a daily basis. Haven't had that problem out of snapfish...........yet

Too many "HTTP://" in the properties you posted for the pic, and playing with the given address requires a "log-in" and password..... typically, do not log out of your pic-host site, I think Imagestation  mess with me if I log out or clear files in the "internet options" tools.

When using snapfish,
Open the album the pic is in, click on the pic to open the larger view. than right click and go to properties. In the properties it will list an Address for the photo. highlight that and copy it.

it will look something like this http://images.snapfish.com/33%3B6246323232%7Ffp46%3Dot%3E232%3C%3D556%3D397%3DXROQDF%3E23235999467%3A7ot1lsi

take that and using the insert tags hit image and paste the copied address into the field. than yer pic should show up. like the one below.

I have been using hunt101 for awhile.  It works well but goes down frequently.  I recently tried photobucket.com.  It seems to work well so far but limits the size of photos uploaded.  I don't think hunt101 did that.  If I had it all to do over again, I would become a silver member (I probably will next year when my bronze runs out).
