I went shooting yesterday and my RRA/Bushy 9mm stopped dead....the bolt was locked in a semi-open position...after getting home and inspecting it, it turns out that both the cap screws that hold the carrier key to the carrier busted off flush with the carrier. I need to call RRA today to see if they'll fix it.

Anyone else experience this?

Seen it once on an Oly upper. The person modified the buffer, he made a new buffer shorter and heavier. The buffer was too short as the carrier bottomed out on the receiver instead of in the buffer tube. If you run a full length stock you need to use the 1" spacer with the recommended 9MM RRA buffer and spring or use the 223 full length buffer. Personally I use the 223 buffer in my Colt style upper.
