Seems that Kurt of KKF is working on a side mounted magazine project and he kinda hinted that there may be a .17HMR or .22Magnum in the future. Only Kurt knows what the priority is on this project. The upper has a magazine well built into it on the left side and can be made in what ever Kurt can build a bolt for. The Grendel 30 round .22 magnum magazine is to wide to fit in a standard AR magwell just like the thompson 45acp mags, etc. This should eliminate that problem.
