There is a company that is or was making a 22 magnum upper (I don't mean Leitner-Wise) and I believe it was discussed in this forum but the "Search" disappeared again so I can't find the info. I thought it was Cav Arms but I can't find it on their web site. Does anybody remember the name of the company?

Thanks for any help.

I think someone had a post about an upper made by Professionel Ordnance in 17 HRFM.

PAPPYO,
Thanks for the information. I looked around at some of the web sites selling Professional Ordnance rifles and that is the type of design I remember seeing but I can't seem to access Professional Ordnance's web site plus there was a note in an article about the 2002 SHOT SHOW that said that the prof. Ord. carbon fiber stuff won't fit on mil spec type rifles. I guess I'll just have to keep looking or make my own.

"bunker"
The one I was looking for was either the .17 HRM or a .22 Winchester Magnum Rimfire upper. There was a picture of the upper and in that picture it showed a replacement buffer and spring that was designed just for the upper. Darn, I must be having brain fade.
