Where can I get the barrel under the hand gaurd on my RRAs 9mm flutted to make it lighter weight and be more origanal?  Where can I get the barrel choped down and have the flash hidder permitly put on?  And can I get someone to make the upper a large hole(I mean drill out the curent one to do that) colt so I don't have to use the conversion pin?  Where can I have that done?  thank you
