All very nice carbines, but I like the E1s best! Stevjness - I really like the look of the 607 moderator on yours.

Trimdad,
Who did your barrel/moderator work on your E2? It looks real sweet.

Well.... It was 45bravo. Before I really got the retro bug, and before I was active on the forum,
I had saved  his services page . So without being realy active around here I wasn't aware
Of  how negative things were getting. That being said, he did a good job, only took 4 months .

That was who did mine too. Love it.

He's a really good guy. Just couldn't say "no" to more commitments. Did GREAT work.

Thank you sir.  No I agree totally , he was a nice guy.
I was willing at the time to wait for some  stuff , I understand custom
Takes a little time. ,, technically I've been waiting on a. 607 and a prototype
Moderator for almost three years ( I gave up a long time ago ),,, but he just didn't know his limitations.
This was before I had heard of John Thomas or braceman .

he was the goto guy for barrel work and moderators a few years back before heatnbeat, braceman, and john thomas.  he's full time leo and did it on the side and took on too much work.  turnaround time went to months and communication became spotty.  basically got overwhelmed and turtled up.  a mod then banned him.

kinda like the same thing that happened to randall at ar15barrels.com.

good intentions, got overwhelmed, poor communications.

They are indeed. Picked up a .625" triangle retainer from Bravo Company. The one's from PK are supplied with a .750" retainer.
