So wanted to wish everyone a belated Happy New Year, I got lucky and have been down with bronchitis since just before the New Year.
Anywho starting off to be a good year, after getting over the crud.
Was able to hit the range today, 57 degrees in January in Kansas is RARE!
Rebuilt a few rifles that I will get pics posted of, made them more retro correct
Damned RBRD was eating me alive about these not being correct
And stopped at Cabela's for some supplies and got me a Stevens model 67 E that will be one of 2 retro shotguns that I am going to be working on. The other is a Winchester model 12.

Also anyone who has been trying to touch base with me I'm sorry, as stated been sick as a dog and trying to ballistically launch a lung across the room. I will be getting in touch with you shortly.

Happy New Year!  Rriggs.  Good luck on the builds.  Glad you're feeling better.  Not the best 2012 for me either.  Ex-dentist broke one of my teeth 2 yrs ago and I ended up having to have it surgically removed by a $2K oral specialist.  Appears they left a root in there and the statute of limitations has expired.  Whole thing reminds me of watching the Hatshepsut story on the history channel.  What licks,   it was my good tooth and absolutely nothing was wrong with it.  Went for a normal cleaning and then oops.  I'm beginning to see why many humans lose their cool.
