If you mean regular old black triangular things like these:
,

they came NIW from CMMG. But I do see them fairly often on the EE, also.

Ahh OK. I need quite a few, just have now started looking around. Thought I would ask here first. I suppose if I trip across the Ark of the Covenant I will know I have found the right place :)

Try Sir Plus  ask for Steve.  He's has them by the box, unless he's out.

He might be running out of the good stuff.  Couple years ago I asked about certain retro items and he didn't have a clue why I wanted them.  Now I think he has maybe been all bought out.

You might be able to work out a B2B arrangement with M1S, since they stock new ones.

I fyou are looking for used but serviceable ones, I am sure a simple serach in the EE for 'retro' or 'triangle' might bring up an ad...

There seems to be variations as well...some of my A1's have the "mottled" look/texture (little flecks of white in them) and are shiny; some are solid black and are matte finished...and I've seen some pics here of shiny solid black A1 triangular handguards...

I like the mottled flecked shiny handguards...but if you're going into some kind of production, you have to consider whether what you get in handguards matches your buttstocks and grips...

...$.02...

I don't think a normal person has what he is looking for. Ever see the WTB ad, he's wanting 300 - 500 pair.

I was gonna offer him my 3 lousy pair of HG's till I opened the ad.

WA-Tom:
Maybe you could look into a Govt. liquidation type of auction, providing they are not all beat up & broken. I don't know how they work them auctions.

I had about 50 sets, but I don't think I can accomodate an order of that size!

...It would seem that the pic I posted above is actually Quiet's garage...

E-gunparts has handguards listed, knowing them they may have a warehouse full of them.  Sarco may be another source, I know sarco has 100 packs or NIW right handgards available for real cheap, the only tirck is finding the lefties!
