Has anyone used this for an XM177E2 build?  If so can you comment on how well it fits and how well it looks once installed?

Here's a thread already about it. A couple of us posted pics and I listed dimensions. I'm very pleased with mine.

Thanks.  I did see that thread earlier.  I was interested to see if anyone had tried to install that suppressor without the modifications to the barrel by Randall.

Here's what it looks like without the modifications done.

Here's my barrel after the machine work and parkerizing.  Both the machine work and the parkerizing were done by another member of the forum, not by Randall.

RTUtah - Thanks for posting the pictures.  The after pictures look super.  Whoever worked on it did a great job.

What I was thinking of doing was using what BM calls their Shorty Look Slip Over suppressor.  From the way they describe it on the website, it seems like mounting the slip over suppressor on a 16" barrel would only extend overall length of the barrel out to approx 17.5".  If my assumptions are correct, I could just have a grenade ring added to the barrel where the end of the suppressor would stop and avoid having to cut down the barrel and permanently pin the suppressor.  I'd be interested to see if anyone else has tried this and what their results were.

3 XM177E2 Barrels for me,

fantastic.
