Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - Two sizes of pistol length gas tubes ?

I was looking through my extra parts and found two extra gas tubes and noticed
two diferent lengths
Both brand new but I'm now trying to figure out what the odd one goes too
.

I have two, both are 6 and 11/16. One is spikes the other is from Brownells and I'm not sure who manufactured it.

Its the short tube at 6 and maybe 3/16ths thats got me wondering
