Wheres some good places to find a decent/ budget 9mm complete upper. Looking to build 7" pistol

a friend of mine bought one of THESE and says it runs great. I think he is using the Cproducts mags with a spikes block.

I bought one of their 7" 556 uppers and it has yet to have a failure.
