I know you have probably answered this a million times - but ----

Anyone know if itis leagal to put a vertical grip on an AR Pistol ????

If not - can you tell me WHY -

If you put a foregrip on a pistol, it becomes an AOW (Any Other Weapon)
and requires a $5 dollar tax.

to transfer an AOW is $5, to build one is $200

Order a fore grip from Bushmaster and they will send you a little disclaimer attached to the package saying it is illegal to install on a pistol.
