I have a Bushmaster Carbon 15 Type 21 Pistol (the postban version w no sling attachment point). Recently picked up a Troy single point sling. It uses a hook for attaching similar to an Hk G3 type sling. I would appreciate some suggestions on the best way to attach it.

I see they offer the receiver end plate:  www.troyind.com/slings.htm  Doesn't appear it will work for my purpose, but it's hard to tell (for me). Any input would be appreciated on this or other options. Thanks.
