I had seen one at a local show this weekend and his booth was to busy to ask. It looked really nice and the barrel came flush to the free floating hand guard. Any help in the right direction would be appreciated.

I can make you a barrel that matches your description.
I often have 'stubs' left over from making other barrels that are perfect for this.
What caliber do you want?
I have a bunch of 300x221 stubs right now...

Answering two posts at once...

Yes, I have M4 extensions in stock to make barrels with.

I have also made a barrel for Tom at Total Silence, but I don't think he wanted an M4 extension...

what is your turn around time?

Lead-time depends on what twist rate you want.
I have a 1:9 twist rock creek blank in stock.
Probably 4 weeks on that one.
If you want some other twist, I have to order up a blank.
Probably 2-3 months in that case...

Randall,
I have an 11"HB barrel with the Front Sight still on it, what I want to know is how much it would cost to Cut it down to 7.5"and Relocate the Gas Port, Turn the Dia. down and Thread it 1/2X28.  Also Cut the Front Sight Base down to nothing but a Gas Block.  Also do you cut-down & reshape  the Gas Tubes?

I want this to be my pistol barrel, and I want it to hide under the GG&G FF Forearm, I have a Noveske (US) Krink Flash Hider that will be the End-Piece, all mounted on a VM-Hytec Side-Charging Upper.  I have all the pieces, but I want a shorter/lighter barrel.
After all, it is a pistol.

Ok, I have had several requests to make short barrels.
Here's the deal...

I checked my stock of barrel blanks.
I have a 24" long 1:9" twist blank in stock.
I can cut this up into any number of barrels, so if 3 of you want 8" barrels, no problem.
If just one of you wants a 7.5" barrel, that's fine too, I am left with a 16.5" piece that I can still make a regular barrel from.
Two "C" notes will get you one of these barrels, shipping included.
Email privately for details.
