I would go for the Radical Firearms upper. I know some have had a problem with the extension coming loose when trying to put diff parts on but I have taken my muzzle device off and on several times now and have not had one problem from my barrel. It is accurate and it was inexpensive to put together. I personally did not use their bcg because I bought a Cason eng bolt to put on a carrier I already had. Best thing I think I could have done in this build. I had a dd ff forearm on mine but went ahead and put a seekins on it instead, pretty much just like what Rad Firearms does with their new uppers. Anyways, I am very happy with mine. No complaints at this time.

I've got 3. A 5.56 in 10.5", a 7.62x39 in 7.5" and a 7.5" 300AAC.
The 5.56 and x39 have been fine. The 300 less so....removing the FH unscrewed the barrel extension. For reference the barrel extension should be Torqued to about 150 ft lbs and the FH to about 15 ft lbs. Radical said it's because Melonite is "slippery"
Physics tell me that it unscrewed because it was torqued less than the FH.....or at about 1/10th the specification.
Customer service was great...free return, free fix and back to me in about 10 days, door to door. That's great but I'm done with RF. Great prices but any company that allows an upper to leave the shop with a barrel extension torqued to 15 lbs is criminally incompetent.
OP YMMV. Good luck and if you decide to buy from RF I'd suggest you disassemble the upper and check the specs on the bbl extension.
