Who manufactured the barrel? Looks like they need to polish the chamber or replace the barrel in total. I had a BHW 6.5 PCC barrel leave the following welts on fired brass and they replaced the barrel:

It's an AAC barrel, I haven't contacted them yet.

Someone suggested that I clean the chamber and locking lugs up because there might be some metal shavings in there.
After cleaning it I tried to chamber another round and it was a huge improvement, you can still see some scratches but they are minor. I think it will work itself out after shooting a few hundred rds through it and cleaning it again. |
