I want to use this for the range and hunting. Not as a precision rifle or 3 Gun. I would probably throw on mid range glass and rings.


Any thoughts?

FWIW, I met SSG Dan Horner, who is a top 3gun shooter with the AMU. He has a DPMS 3G 7.62 as a personal rifle. That right there tells me all I need to know about the rifle.
