Anybody built one using his lower ?
Any problems or issues ?
I have everything except lower, upper and carrier.
The 3 things that are exclusive or need to be modified to work.

Any input would be appreciated.

Had one since about 2005.  Then MGI came out with their modular lower and I switched to that in I think 2006.  
Haven't used my AR47 lower much since then.  It is well built.  Note that Vulcan/Hesse made un-authorized copies so make sure you get the one from Michael's Machines.

If I had the money and the patience to go through the sbr process again is use an mgi lower.
