I recently purchased 500 458 socom brass cases from Starline.   Here is the weight spread of the cases –– not too bad in my book

45        178.0~178.5grns.
160      178.5~179.0grns.
176      179.1~179.5grns.
79         180.0~180.4grns.
27         180.5grns.
13         181.0grns.

I have about 600 pieces of 458 Starline brass now. I have always thought their brass was of great quality. It seems to last for quite a while too. I have been pleased.

Heh heh and when I'm at the range and I fire 10 from a mag and and can only find 9, I scour the ground and don't let up until I find the missing piece!   Can't leave that $1 piece of brass for someone else!
