I am thinking about building a hunting/deer rifle and I was thinking of the 6.8.  So I have been kinda lurking/reading all I can about the 6.8 (which isnt much).  My question is, what is the difference in hardware compared to the 5.56.  I am assuming (obviously) the barrel and bolt carrier.  What else is there.  I am kinda leaning toward the 6.8 just because it lookes like it will take most all other standard 5.56 components.  Am I correct?

Ah thanks,  I did read the FAQ part of it, however I didn't do a search.  I should have done that.
