Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - Should I be concerned about LMT 6.8 chamber?

I am inclined to get a 6.5G for my LMT MRP but given its not readily available thought I would try a 6.8 barrel group + bolt.  I have read here and there that LMT has not updated the chamber.  Is that true?  Should I hold off until they do?

If you ream it out to spc II specs it will handle all factory loads.
