Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - Which BCG for a DPMS/POF/Armalite assembly

I am contemplating a build with a DPMS barrel using an Armalite barrel extension attached to a DPMS upper that is pinned to a POF lower.

Which BCG should I use assuming headspace will be OK? DPMS or Armalite or wait for SI or JP?

If its really an armalite barrel extension, then use an armalite BCG.   The others would probably headspace fine, and run fine.   Armalte has a lot more time and R&D in their BCG than any other 308.  The FAQ shows 3 or 4 evolutions of BCG.
