I got a good deal on a the barrel,supposed to new,unshot.I'm having it cut to 21" and threaded
5\8x24.My 'smith checked headspace and the chamber is a little short.But the Dpms bolt will close and lock on a round.Randall Rausch told me to fire a few a rounds through it to check it out for function.He said if it works,it's fine.I'll post a report.
